2.In short
- We set one cookie, and only to keep you signed in. The Portal cannot work without it.
- We keep a few settings and unsent form drafts in your browser so the Portal is quicker and you do not lose your work.
- We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.
4.Settings kept in your browser
These stay in your browser until you clear them, and are never sent to us automatically.

5.Information kept only for the open tab
These are cleared when you close the tab, and the screen cache is also cleared when you sign out.

6.Embedded content from other services
Some property pages embed maps from Google Maps and videos from YouTube or Vimeo. When that content loads, those services may set their own cookies, under their own policies:
We do not control these cookies and do not receive information from them.
7.Controlling cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. If you block the cpp_session cookie you will not be able to sign in. Clearing browser storage simply resets the settings above; it does not affect your account.
8.Changes to this policy
If we start using a new cookie or storage item, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will ask for your consent before using any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
