Privacy Policy

What personal data the Channel Partner Portal collects, why we need it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

Effective 6 October 2026

1.Who we are

1XL Infra ("we", "us"), 1XL Infra, Floor 141, Burj Khalifa, Downtown, Dubai, UAE, is responsible for the personal data processed through the Channel Partner Portal (the "Portal"). This policy covers channel partners, people who fill in our registration forms, clients whose details partners submit, visitors to shared property pages, and staff who use the Portal.

For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at channelpartner@1xl.com.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Registration details: name, email address, phone number, country, agency or company name, licence or RERA number, and your answers to the questions on the registration form.
  • Identity and KYC documents: depending on your country, PAN and Aadhaar numbers and copies (India), Emirates ID, visa, passport and trade licence details and copies (UAE), a photograph, and any other documents we ask you to upload.
  • Agreement details: the information used to prepare your Channel Partner Agreement, your electronic signature (drawn, uploaded or captured on your phone), and the signed document.
  • Payment details: bank name, IBAN or account number and SWIFT/BIC code, so we can pay your commission.
  • Your clients' details: names, contact details, property interests and site visit details (such as attendees and vehicle details) that you submit as leads or visit bookings.
  • Communications: emails, in-Portal messages and WhatsApp messages you exchange with us, and notes our team records about calls with you.

Information collected automatically

  • Sign-in and security records: IP address, device, browser, the time of each sign-in, and a record of significant actions taken in the Portal.
  • Location: the country we work out from your IP address, or from your browser's location if you choose to allow it, so registration forms can pre-fill your country and dialling code. We do not track your location after that.
  • Browser storage: a sign-in cookie and a few settings kept in your browser, listed in our Cookie Policy.

Information from others

  • Partners who register you as a lead or book a site visit for you.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our lead forms there.
  • The company or administrator who invites you to the Portal as a staff member.

3.How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • create and secure your account, including verifying your phone number by WhatsApp code and offering two-factor sign-in (to perform our contract with you);
  • verify your identity and business before onboarding and paying you (legal obligation and contract);
  • prepare, send and store your Channel Partner Agreement (contract);
  • record leads, attribute sales and calculate and pay commissions (contract);
  • arrange site and office visits and send calendar invitations (contract, or for clients, our legitimate interest in handling their enquiry);
  • send you service messages, and news about new projects and listings, which you can opt out of at any time (contract and legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it);
  • prevent fraud, protect the Portal and investigate misuse (legitimate interest and legal obligation); and
  • keep records required by tax, anti-money-laundering and other laws (legal obligation).

Some Portal features can use artificial intelligence services, for example to draft text or translate content. Only the content needed for that task is sent, and it is not used to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Developers and companies on the Portal whose projects you market or whose staff you work with, to the extent they need it to onboard you, handle your leads and pay you.
  • Service providers who run parts of the Portal for us under contract: hosting, email delivery (including Google Gmail), WhatsApp messaging providers, document storage (Google Drive), calendar invitations (Google Calendar), maps (Google Maps) and, where a feature uses it, AI providers.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants.
  • Authorities such as regulators, courts and law enforcement, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
  • A buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or restructured, under the same protections as this policy.

5.International transfers

We are based in the UAE and work with partners in other countries, including India. Your data may be stored and processed in the UAE and in the countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer data across borders we rely on the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as contractual protections with our providers.

6.How we protect it

The Portal uses encrypted connections, stores passwords only as one-way hashes, encrypts sensitive settings at rest, supports authenticator-app two-factor sign-in, and limits what each person can see by their role. Identity documents and signed agreements are available only to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

7.How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. When an account is closed we delete the partner record, documents and leads held in the Portal, except where we must keep records for longer to meet tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering or other legal obligations, or to resolve a dispute. Those records are kept only for the period the law requires.

If you fill in a registration form but never complete onboarding, we may keep your details for a reasonable period to follow up with you, and then delete them.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, where we no longer need it or have no other legal basis to keep it;
  • withdraw consent you have given, without affecting processing that has already taken place;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so, where the law provides for it; and
  • complain to us, and to the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, email channelpartner@1xl.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity first, and will respond within 30 days.

9.Children

The Portal is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10.Cookies

We use one essential sign-in cookie and some browser storage for settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and we will tell you about material changes by email or in the Portal.
